‘Matrix Monthly’ delivers information on 84 U.S. markets
SANTA BARBARA, CALIF., April 3, 2015 – Yardi® is publishing a series of reports that delivers information about forecasts, job and supply growth, and other apartment market trends to owners, investment sales brokers and others across the real estate industry.
“Matrix Monthly,” highlights the results of Yardi’s monthly survey of apartment owners in the 84 U.S. markets covered by the company’s Pierce-Eislen business unit. The report reflects information compiled by Yardi® Matrix, with data provided by Pierce-Eislen, a business development tool used by brokers, sponsors, banks and equity sources that underwrite multifamily investment transactions.
